You feel stuck, like nothing is working.

You feel disconnected in your relationships.

You feel like you have no control over your reactions.

You’re tired of overthinking, isolating, and seeking approval from others.

Your emotions feel overwhelming, and you don’t know how to manage them.

I want you to know there is always hope.

A life of peace is possible.

What is Restoration Therapy?

It’s likely that you experienced violations of love and trust in your relationships growing up. These violations resulted in deep pain, which caused your body and mind to use coping behaviors to survive. Since these coping behaviors are rooted in pain, they lead to more pain, hurting yourself and others in the process.

Restoration Therapy integrates Attachment Theory, Emotional Regulation, and Mindfulness to create a clear framework for understanding your emotions and reactions. This framework identifies your cycles of pain and empowers you to change them through simple yet powerful exercises.

How It Works

First, we will identify your key pain feelings and coping behaviors to determine your “pain cycle.”

Then, we will challenge your pain cycle through empowering, experiential exercises. These experiences will inform your “peace cycle.”

With the clarity of your pain and peace cycles, we can begin to practice regulating your emotions and moving out of your pain cycle so that you can live out of your peace cycle.

With Restoration Therapy, you can…

Understand and regulate your emotions

Choose and control your reactions

Connect with others in love and trust

It’s time to release your pain and restore peace.
